The university was established in 1868 AD for merger of the private college of California and cutting-edge-day-day society Agricultural, Mining, and Mechanical Arts university in Oakland, UC Berkeley is the maximum settled association in the UC shape and gives spherical 350 student and graduate degree programs in a large series of controls.
It started research about earthquake science in 1887 AD, joined sierra club in 1892 AD, developed Nutrition science in 1895 ADand many more. This university has 3 Universities globaly, 14 Colleges and Schools
170 Academic Departments and has achieved 7 Nobel prizes heald by current faculties and won 87 National championship by cal team and developing day by day to become best university and provide better education for the society.
This University has different Traditions like "Blue and Gold" , "Stanford Axe" , "Big Game Rally" , " Founders Rock" , "The Big C" , "Card Stunts" etc. which makes study fun and exiting and this help students to learn easily with free and sound mind.
